wwnavi search dialog provides the following useful search.

1. Check if your software is internationalized.
If you don't have the source code of your software, give the screen message or labels to the text box and search for it. wwnavi searches file contents, so if the result exist in dlls and other external files, not in the executable, it is possible to be internationalized. Windows XP and other version's grep search can't extract strings from binary or other specific files, so you cannot try this operation in file explorer.

2. Detect skipped lines.
Give the comment header, '$NON-NLS-' to the text box and search for it. You can detect the lines you set to be skipped by analysis.

3. Detect automatically modified lines by wwnavi.
Give the comment header, '$NLS-WWNAVI' to the text box and search for it. You can detect the lines automatically modified (string externalized, declaration/function replaced) by wwnavi.
